Program Manager, Secure Space Data Systems

📋 Description

• Lead secure space data systems development and productization
• Own schedule, cost, and risk across hardware/software
• Drive HITL testbed build-out and demonstrations
• Collaborate with Mission Manager and Chief Engineer on tech decisions
• Own security/compliance posture, ITAR/EAR processes
• Represent the program in customer and partner technical exchanges

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years PM in complex hardware/software programs
• 5+ years hands-on electrical/embedded/mechanical/RF engineering
• Space/defense/aerospace experience with CUI/classified data
• Led hardware development from design reviews to tested product
• Led HITL/testbed or ground-segment demos
• Knowledge of secure comms: Type 1 encryption, Red/Black, key mgmt
