• Collaborate with technical delivery SMEs to harvest, standardize, and package technical IP (e.g.
• Establish and operate a global IP harvesting mechanism, incentivizing and vetting contributions
• Maintain a centralized technical asset repository (e.g., GitHub, Highspot, Confluence) ensuring
• Package acceleration toolkits specifically for external Service Delivery Partners and GSIs to
• Serve as the primary Professional Services liaison to Product Management and Engineering for
• Partner with early-adopter customer delivery teams to validate initial service patterns, converting

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as a Technical Product Manager, Services Product Manager, Solutions Architect, or
• Demonstrated track record of packaging complex services into standardized, fixed-scope solutions
• Ability to understand technical implementation concepts (APIs, scripts, system integrations) as
• Expertise defining and tracking program KPIs (e.g., time-to-value, accelerator adoption rates
• Exceptional ability to partner with technical architects, Product Managers, Product Marketing, and
• Strong technical writing and communication capabilities, with a knack for translating complex
