Program Manager, Strategic Defense Accounts

📋 Description

• Serve as primary post-award lead for Navy/Marine/SOCOM/IC.
• Drive deployment, integration, sustainment, and adoption.
• Own contract execution, customer health, and risks.
• Build relationships with operators, program offices, leadership.
• Lead QBRs and executive engagements.
• Partner with Sales/BD to renew and grow accounts.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing DoD/IC programs or mission-critical deployments.
• Strong defense acquisition, budgeting, contracting knowledge (FAR/DFARS, OTAs, IDIQs).
• Experience with PEOs/PMs, acquisition professionals, end users, and senior leaders.
• Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and build trusted relationships.
• Understanding of PPBE process and defense procurement lifecycle.
• Willingness to travel 40-50% and ability to obtain/maintain U.S. security clearance.
