🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's Degree from accredited university or college, or equivalent work experience
One to three years' experience in workforce development
Experience in a supervisory role
Strong customer service skills
Excellent internal and external customer service skills, including positive attitude and good
Ability to work with people from various backgrounds and with various needs
