📋 Description

• Deliver assigned Satellite Mission programs on time, within budget, and to agreed performance
• Build and maintain trusted, long-term customer relationships, acting as the primary interface
• Establish and drive clear program plans (scope, milestones, resources, financials) aligned with
• Identify, manage, and resolve risks, dependencies, and escalations to ensure uninterrupted program
• Orchestrate cross-functional execution across engineering, product, operations, and commercial teams
• Support the implementation of scalable program management practices that improve delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience (5–10 years) managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs involving advanced
• Strong customer-facing experience, with the ability to manage senior stakeholders and navigate
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams
• Expertise in program planning, execution, and governance (scope, schedule, budget, risk management)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make decisions under uncertainty
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical
