• Own hiring manager and interviewer enablement end-to-end
\n
• Lead end-to-end AI-powered TA solutions across workflows, from scoping to launch
\n
• Own Headway’s employee referral program to activate our internal network
\n
• Partner cross-functionally to strengthen Headway’s talent brand and pipeline
\n
• Design, launch, and scale TA enablement programs and tooling for high-volume hiring
\n
• Define program KPIs and dashboards to show enablement ROI
\n

🎯 Requirements

• Own enablement programs end-to-end — design, rollout, measure impact, iterate
\n
• AI tools are part of your daily work; you use them, test ideas, and build automations
\n
• Craft effective prompts across workflows and understand LLMs to teach others
\n
• Hands-on with AI tools and real data (ATS, tooling stack) to make outcomes visible
\n
• You bring structure to ambiguity
\n
• Experience in Talent Acquisition or close work with recruiters
\n
