Program Manager, Talent Management

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end project and program management for key People Team initiatives, including annual
• Partner with Operations, Analytics, and other stakeholders to ensure effective planning, execution
• Evaluate program effectiveness using employee feedback, survey results, performance metrics, and
• Establish and maintain the annual People Strategy Roadmap, defining key initiatives, milestones
• Monitor progress against strategic goals and provide transparent reporting, regular updates, and
• Lead quarterly strategy review sessions and facilitate alignment throughout annual planning cycles

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Organizational Development, or a
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with a strong focus on project or program management, People
• Demonstrated ability to translate business and organizational strategy into effective
• Strong project management capabilities, including defining projects and milestones, coordinating
• Strategic thinker with the ability to connect organizational objectives to practical programs
• Strong written communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex
