📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end project management for key People Team initiatives, including annual engagement
• Partner and collaborate with key stakeholders to drive the effective execution of HR programs
• Partner with the Sr. Director of People Analytics to continuously evaluate program efficacy using

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on project/program management or as an HR
• Ability to think strategically and translate business and initiative strategy into effective
• Ability to handle sensitive information with appropriate discretion and oversight
• Excellent project management skills, including project and milestone definition and oversight
• Strong writer; storytelling approach to communications; ability to translate complex concepts for
