Build and own the enablement function for customer-facing engineering.
Own onboarding from day one to ensure rapid, confident ramp.
Maintain a trusted, authoritative knowledge base for engineers.
Develop ongoing technical development cadence for product changes and use cases.
Collaborate with FAE leadership, Enablement, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Delivery.

🎯 Requirements

4+ years in enablement, program management, or technical training.
2+ years of program management experience delivering programs fast.
Experience supporting technical teams at a B2B tech company.
Strong knowledge management skills and documentation systems.
Ability to read technical architecture docs and fix outdated content.
Excellent written communication with a bias for usable content.

Compensation details provided in posting pay region; salary range noted as $128,000 – $150,000 USD
