📋 Description

• Ensure new sites launch with secure ISP connectivity and network infrastructure.
• Coordinate across teams and vendors to meet scope, schedule, and budget.
• Ensure AV systems deliver a consistent, dependable user experience.
• Integrate access control, surveillance, and intrusion systems with security requirements.
• Provide leadership with visibility into portfolio status, decisions, dependencies, and risks.
• Establish standards, drawings, and documentation for repeatable global execution.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong project and program management capabilities.
• Knowledge of the architectural design process (schematic to construction docs).
• Knowledge of commercial real estate construction processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Vendor management experience (vetting, RFPs, performance, handover).
• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
