📋 Description

• Design and run Fleet Operations training content for initiatives and departments.
• Introduce learning opportunities with measurable impact across teams.
• Plan, develop, and facilitate in-person and virtual training for Fleet Ops Managers.
• Apply project/program management structure and effective communication for initiatives.
• Define projects, gather requirements, implement plans, and monitor status.
• Maintain a strong technical understanding by interfacing with leads and contributors.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or Technical degree in any field.
• 3+ years in a related field or project mgmt in leadership development or curriculum.
• Proven content creation skills to simplify technical instructions for ops and executives.
• Strong presentation skills for leadership development content.
• Proactive problem solver who connects teams and drives timely solutions.
• Ability to manage conflicting objectives while meeting deadlines.
