Program Manager (U.S. Coast Guard)

📋 Description

• Lead the USCG Appian modernization program with centralized governance.
• Establish an Appian Center of Excellence for intake, architecture reviews, and assets.
• Drive roadmap for Appian in acquisition mgmt, HR, case mgmt, and modernization.
• Partner with Coast Guard stakeholders to translate needs into scalable workflows.
• Oversee cross-functional delivery teams including Appian developers, architects, BAs, QA, scrum leads, and integration resources.
• Build reusable delivery model with design standards, libraries, integration patterns, release controls.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years IT program management, digital transformation, or enterprise delivery.
• 3+ years leading IT initiatives in complex federal environment (USCG/DoW preferred).
• Direct experience supporting USCG, DHS, or federal mission programs is preferred.
• Strong understanding of workflow modernization, case management, integration, and Agile execution.
• Experience managing portfolios with software delivery and advisory services.
• Bachelor's degree; Scrum, SAFe, or Appian certifications preferred.
