Program Manager, Vendor Management Operations

📋 Description

• Identify optimization opportunities to support program objectives
• Support end-to-end implementations to ensure success
• Lead certain components of the program
• Partner with other departments to ensure operational excellence
• Manage project plans, status updates, escalations, and risk tracking
• Develop tools and standards to support programs year over year

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of BPO program and/or project management experience, creating dashboards and playbooks
• 4+ years experience in change management and process improvement
• PMP or Six Sigma certification (bonus)
• Proficiency in Excel or Sheets (bonus)
