Program Manager, Vendor Service Delivery Lead

📋 Description

• Drive outcomes for large and complex vendor delivery programs that span multiple functions. Set up
• Drive vendor service delivery excellence and transformative improvements through simplification
• Lead forecasting, workforce and budget planning, and plan-to-actuals spend monitoring processes.
• Define and communicate priorities and resource allocation to vendor partners, provide delivery
• Communicate delivery status to stakeholders, and ensure achievement of customer-facing SLAs and
• Anticipate risks to timelines and deliverables, and proactively develop mitigation and contingency

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, or technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of experience and proven ability to manage complex, tech-enabled operations and work
• Experience directing multiple scaled vendor supported operations running concurrently.
• Experience building and leading forecasting, workforce and budget planning, and plan-to-actuals
• Willingness and flexibility to work non-standard hours, as required, to collaborate with teams
• Ability to thrive in a high ambiguity, dynamic environment.
