Program Manager (Veterans Affairs)

📋 Description

• Lead transition to centralized VA Appian modernization with shared governance.
• Establish Appian Center of Excellence for intake, prioritization, architecture review, and assets.
• Drive roadmap for Appian solutions supporting Community Care and Virtual Care.
• Partner with VA stakeholders to translate needs into scalable workflow.
• Oversee cross-functional delivery teams: developers, architects, QA, scrum.
• Build reusable delivery model with design standards, libraries, and release controls.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years IT program management, digital transformation, or enterprise delivery.
• 3+ years leading IT initiatives or clinical workflow programs in Federal/enterprise.
• Direct VA, VHA, or federal healthcare experience strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of workflow modernization, case management, and Agile.
• Experience in regulated environments with security, privacy, and compliance.
• Ability to lead matrixed teams and influence senior stakeholders.
