📋 Description

• Analyze energy performance, dispatch results, and program data to identify trends.
• Communicate findings, risks, and next steps to internal teams and partners.
• Cultivate and expand relationships with utility and energy market partners.
• Oversee program success and coordinate management of optimization programs.
• Contribute to Load Flexibility strategy and expansion planning.
• Collaborate with Sales, Development, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure program delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of 2 years in demand response program management or related field.
• Understanding of DR, VPP, Energy Efficiency, Battery programs and related load control tech.
• Understanding and experience working with AI in the energy sector.
• Very strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
