• Govern Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, and Jira usage and adoption
• Publish best-practice guidance for internal tools
• Leverage AI to manage systems and enforce standards
• Hybrid role based in Denver with two days in the office weekly

• Notion governance at scale — databases, information architecture, permissions
• Slack, Google Workspace, Jira administration and best practices
• Define standards and drive cross-functional adoption without direct authority
• Excellent written communication; produce clear canonical guidance
• Program management to run rollouts, track compliance, manage stakeholders
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and building a function from the ground up
