Program Manager, Wholesale - Contract

📋 Description

• Orchestrate account onboarding across ops, logistics, finance, and internal teams
• Liaise between Account Managers and internal teams; translate needs into tasks
• Manage timelines and deliverables across multiple workstreams
• Design and execute wholesale programs; involve the right teams at the right time
• Track milestones and surface blockers or risks early
• Maintain documentation of processes, decisions, and statuses

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years in program management, wholesale ops, or cross-functional roles
• Ability to work across teams and move projects forward without direct authority
• Strong process orientation; identify inefficiencies and implement improvements
• Excellent organizational skills; manage multiple workstreams and priorities
• Clear, concise communicator across Slack, docs, and meetings
• Proficient in Google Suite; familiarity with Airtable and EDI is a plus
