Own the Workforce Planning calendar: cycles, SteerCo, exec reporting, health reviews.
Track plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and actions across workstreams.
Lead the Enablement & Adoption operating model and delivery infrastructure.
Partner with Talent Acquisition, HRBPs, People Analytics, People Tech, and Finance.
Package, schedule, route, and share Workforce Planning insights and materials.
Coordinate training sessions and track adoption of tools and processes.

🎯 Requirements

8+ years of experience in program management, operations, or strategy.
Strong PM skills; ability to manage multiple connected workstreams.
Excellent written and verbal communication; experience with senior leaders.
Ability to identify and manage risks, dependencies, and blockers.
Experience with automation and AI-enabled tools to simplify workflows.
Experience supporting planning cycles, governance forums, or tool rollouts.
