Support delivery across all workstreams by tracking plans, milestones, risks, and actions.
Own the Enablement and Adoption operating model and its delivery infrastructure.
Package, schedule, route, and distribute approved Workforce Planning insights and materials.
Manage Talent Acquisition as a scaled distribution channel for Workforce Planning content.
Build and maintain templates, playbooks, standards, and enablement materials.

🎯 Requirements

8+ years in program management, ops, or strategy.
Strong PM skills; manage multiple workstreams.
Create clear plans, timelines, ownership, and rhythms.
Excellent written/verbal comms; prep exec materials.
Identify/manage risks, dependencies, blockers; escalate risks.
Detail-oriented; independent across teams.
