Program Manager, Workforce Planning

📋 Description

• Build and maintain workforce planning processes, governance, and SOPs across Fleet Ops.
• Drive planning cadence across Operations, Scheduling, Finance, HR, and Recruiting.
• Translate staffing plans into executable workforce activities for launches and org changes.
• Facilitate planning meetings, track actions, and drive decisions to closure.
• Partner with Finance to align workforce plans with cycles and budget vs actuals.
• Build dashboards on utilization, scheduling, and labor performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business/ops/analytics or related field (or equivalent)
• 6+ years in workforce planning, WFM, operations planning, or similar roles
• Experience supporting OP, MBR, and QBR planning cycles
• Cross-functional experience with Operations, Finance, HR, Recruiting, and WFM
• Hands-on experience with WFM platforms (UKG, NICE, Verint, or similar)
• Advanced SQL and/or Excel; dashboards and data-informed decisions
