Program Operations Associate

📋 Description

• Own execution for assigned partner program launches, managing every cross-functional workstream
• Take on the full range of work each launch requires, such as: Working with Compliance on bank
• Identify operational gaps that slow launches or adoption, then build lightweight systems and
• Translate product capabilities into clear partner-facing materials and SOPs where launches need them
• Track launch milestones, partner feedback, and internal execution signals, and recommend
• Partner with Growth, Product, Engineering, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Bank Partnerships, Member

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in strategy, operations, program management, or a similar execution-heavy
• High ownership and hands-on approach
• Exceptional project management
• Strong stakeholder management
• Comfortable in ambiguity, and able to build structure where none exists
• A bias toward processes and systems that scale across programs, with sound judgment on tradeoffs
