• Deploy PM tools for localized initiatives; align with centralized teams
• Leverage AI workflows to manage priorities and mitigate risks
• Lead ACO operational cadence and cross-functional meetings
• Coordinate with centralized teams to reflect field needs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree + 4+ years in operations/healthcare
• Project management: independently scope, track, and execute multiple workstreams
• Communication: strong written/verbal; stakeholder engagement; manage up to executives
• Technical: Google Suite, Salesforce, Monday.com; AI platforms (Claude Cowork, Gemini); Tableau/Jira
• Travel: remote-friendly; travel 10-25%
• PMP certification preferred
