Assist client managers in requisition intake, sourcing, shortlisting, and interviewing
Prepare targeted questions for requirement intake with hiring managers
Document requirement intake in VMS or AGS360
Use reports to manage open requirements and monitor supplier sourcing
Set expectations, timeframes, and responsibilities with hiring managers
Coach and oversee performance of staffing suppliers

🎯 Requirements

University degree preferred or applicable experience
Experience in high volume coordination activities
At least 1 year of customer service industry experience
Client hiring manager/supplier facing
Excellent verbal and written communications
Ability to work in a dynamic environment that changes daily
