📋 Description

• Manage full lifecycle of requisitions from intake to onboarding.
• Gather detailed job descriptions with hiring managers.
• Document requirement conversations in VMS/AGS360.
• Monitor open requirements and supplier sourcing timelines with reports.
• Align expectations and timelines with hiring managers and vendors.
• Coach and oversee performance of participating staffing suppliers.

🎯 Requirements

• University degree preferred or applicable experience
• Experience in high-volume coordination
• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Client, hiring manager, and supplier facing
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong time management and organization, detail-oriented
