Program Specialist II

📋 Description

• Lead requisition intake sessions with hiring managers
• Provide consultative guidance on market trends, rate benchmarking, and talent availability
• Anticipate client needs and proactively recommend sourcing strategies
• Build long-term relationships with key client stakeholders
• Analyze requisition and fulfillment data to identify trends and recommend process improvements
• Develop and deliver customized reports and dashboards for clients and internal stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in contingent workforce programs or staffing industry
• Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and requisitions
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills
• Experience with VMS tools and CRM systems
• Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills
