📋 Description

• Lead requisition intake sessions with hiring managers, offering consultative guidance on market
• Anticipate client needs and proactively recommend sourcing strategies.
• Build long-term relationships with key client stakeholders to understand evolving business needs.
• Analyze requisition and fulfillment data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
• Develop and deliver customized reports and dashboards for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with client-specific policies and procedures.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in contingent workforce programs or staffing industry
• Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and requisitions
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills; experience with VMS tools and CRM systems
• Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills
