Program Supervisor

📋 Description

• Supervise and oversee all employees at assigned programs daily.
• Monitor and coordinate services to ensure delivery and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Fill direct service shifts and provide hands-on assistance, mentoring, and guidance.
• Conduct monthly staff meetings and support program implementation.
• Assist with daily living tasks and promote safety and personal growth for individuals served.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 18 years old; High school diploma or GED required.
• Two-year degree in related social services or two years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Person-centered, patient, dependable, adaptable, and detailed-oriented.
• Strong communication and teamwork; ability to document care and follow support plans.
• Valid driver’s license, car, and car insurance.
