Program Supervisor

📋 Description

• Coordinate and manage daily operations of assigned programs.
• Ensure orientation and ongoing training of employees.
• Develop, implement, coordinate, and monitor program activities.
• Entry-level supervisory role with hands-on direct care experience.
• Grow into light supervisory duties over time.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• High school diploma/GED required.
• Two-year related degree or two years in developmental disabilities field with supervisory
• Person-centered, patient, dependable, adaptable, detail-oriented.
• Good communication; background clearance required.
• Valid drivers license (some roles may require own vehicle).
