Program Supervisor

📋 Description

• Provide daily supervision and oversight of all employees at Day programs
• Monitor, coordinate, and ensure all services to individuals are delivered
• Ensure all direct service shifts are filled
• Provide training for employees and conduct monthly staff meetings
• Provide hands-on assistance, mentoring, and guidance
• Assist with daily living tasks such as dressing, bathing, and toileting

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age
• Valid driver's license required
• High school diploma or GED required
• Two-year degree in social services or relevant experience preferred
• Computer skills for documentation
• Good communication skills
