📋 Description

• Coordinate daily operations of assigned programs.
• Provide supervision and oversight of all employees.
• Monitor services to ensure they are delivered.
• Fill all direct service shifts in programs.
• Provide training for employees and conduct monthly meetings.
• Provide hands-on assistance, mentoring, and guidance.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 18 years old.
• High school diploma/GED required.
• 2-year degree or 2 years IDD field exp (supervisory preferred).
