• 12-month Management Trainee program in SIXT, leading to a leadership role
• Rotates across Sales, Customer Service, Fleet Management and Performance management
• Hands-on operations from day one, training in communication, conflict resolution, sales
• Collaborates with Branch Managers and Area Directors to learn leadership on the job
