Programmatic Ad Ops Lead

📋 Description

• Own yield, pricing and revenue optimisation across channels, using inventory, demand and campaign
• Analyse traffic, sell-through, inventory capacity, pricing and key advertising metrics such as CPM
• Provide inventory and revenue forecasts, identifying future capacity, opportunities and risks and
• Build a strong understanding of digital advertising and ad-serving dynamics, including targeting
• Partner across Sales, Product and other teams to improve our advertising portfolio, while using AI

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in yield management, inventory optimisation, programmatic advertising or ad
• Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including ad networks, ad exchanges
• Strong quantitative and qualitative problem-solving skills, with experience in sales analysis
• Experience working with advertising sales and cross-functional teams, with the ability to manage
• Experience with Google Ad Manager or similar platforms; familiarity with tools such as
