Programmatic Specialist

📋 Description

• Own revenue targets and pipeline growth for Spotify's programmatic solutions (self-serve, PMPs
• Proactively prospect and identify new opportunities, and unblock stalled ones within agencies and
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agency programmatic desks, buying, strategy, and
• Evangelize Spotify's programmatic offering to agencies and clients, driving upsell and always-on
• Translate campaign performance data into insights and business narratives that resonate with
• Train and mentor sales team members on programmatic positioning and talking points.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in advertising sales, business development, or account management within
• Solid working knowledge of programmatic fundamentals: DSPs, SSPs, Ad Exchanges, and self-serve
• Proven track record building agency/client relationships and driving revenue growth across LATAM
• Strong understanding of agency internal structures and dynamics — you know who to talk to and how
• Comfort with data at a consumption level: able to read dashboards and performance reports and turn
• A genuinely commercial mindset — you love prospecting, relationship-building, and closing
