Programme Coordinator

📋 Description

• Support the Programme Management team for certification standards across INFORMED programmes
• Coordinate sample testing, compliance tracking, and manufacturer onboarding
• Maintain traceability in Salesforce and shared systems
• Assist with post-certification surveillance and non-compliance resolution
• Support site audits and prepare reports for stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• A degree in sport science, nutrition, biology, food science or related
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and proactive mindset
• Experience in quality assurance, certification, or CRM systems is desirable
