Programme Manager

📋 Description

• Own programme delivery strategy, execution, scope, benefits, governance, roadmaps and adoption
• Lead Project Managers, Scrum Masters, PMOs and contingent resources across complex global
• Manage programme reporting, governance, OKRs, benefits realisation, stage gates and audit-ready
• Lead programme intake and integrated triage of new work and change requirements, establishing
• Manage resource planning, pricing and detailed budgets in partnership with delivery leads, ensuring
• Own risks, issues, dependencies and change control, acting as an escalation point and driving

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of programme management and delivery leadership experience managing large, complex, global
• Proven experience with platform and data migration programmes, including SAS, and strong knowledge
• Strong financial services experience within regulated environments, with an understanding of risk
• Comprehensive business and commercial knowledge, including how products, regions, value units and
• Strong change management and governance discipline across scope, benefits, RAID, dependencies
• Ability to lead and influence stakeholders from Executive Committee and Managing Director level
