📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Air Domain programmes in France, spanning engineering, operations and
• Bridge Helsing’s technology with French defence acquisition realities and armed forces needs.
• Own scope, schedule, risk, and customer commitments across the full programme lifecycle.
• Serve as primary interface with the DGA, French Air Force and industrial partners; build trusted
• Translate strategic intent into executable plans; hold multiple perspectives across product
• Identify, escalate and mitigate programme risks; maintain a clear delivery health picture for

🎯 Requirements

• Lead cross-functional delivery with internal teams and external partners in a defence/industrial
• Strong stakeholder management, ability to operate across government, industry and customers.
• Ability to translate complex contractual/operational requirements into structured plans.
• Fluency in French and English; ability to represent Helsing at senior customer and government
• Exposure to French MoD procurement processes and defence ecosystem is highly desirable.
