• You will be managing the delivery of a programme of work, from participation in pre-sales to

• Experience of delivering £5m and £10m digital transformation and technology-enabled change
• A deep career anchored in a digital or software delivery discipline
• Experience effectively and persuasively communicating with senior stakeholders, including CXOs
• Experience of visibly leading within an organisation, able to evidence an impact beyond simply
• Significant experience synthesising approaches to best suit the challenge and team (for example
• Experience supporting the winning of new work: listening to potential clients' high-level needs
