📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end ERP and transformation programs across multiple workstreams.
• Define programme vision, scope, governance, and measurable outcomes.
• Build integrated plans aligning business, tech, data, testing, and change.
• Lead programme teams, project managers, architects, and delivery partners.
• Manage executive stakeholders; primary governance contact.
• Oversee budgets, forecasts, and financial controls to deliver within funding.

🎯 Requirements

• 12–15 years in Programme Management and ERP transformation in complex environments.
• Led ERP transforms with Oracle, SAP, Workday, or MS Dynamics.
• Delivered cloud/SaaS transformations with ADP, Concur, ServiceNow.
• Managed multi-million-dollar programmes with multiple workstreams and suppliers.
• Deep governance, planning, risk, financials, and organisational change.
• Experience across lifecycle: planning, design, implementation, testing, go-live.
