📋 Description

  • To ensure the overall safe running of the DESP call/recall, management of exclusions &amp
  • To ensure that all screening sessions are run smoothly
  • To oversee the capacity planning for the programme, ensuring screening and grading capacity is
  • To ensure the complete compliance of the workforce with education and training requirements
  • To identify and manage issues, risks and incidents within the programme
  • To ensure that the programme is compliant with internal Quality Assurance (QA) requirements

🎯 Requirements

  • At least 3 years management experience in diabetic eye screening, healthcare or other
  • Degree level or equivalent professional experience
  • Evidence of continued professional development (CPD)
  • Full UK/Irish driving license and access to own vehicle
  • Clear understanding of quality assurance processes and reporting requirements
  • Ability to analyse complex data and generate reports and action plans
