📋 Description

• Build the programme rhythm that gets manufacturing test ready for every new Graphcore product.
• Plan and coordinate manufacturing test delivery for New Product Introductions; connect chip test
• Create visibility across scope, milestones, dependencies and readiness to help Manufacturing
• Support DfX reviews, manage cross-functional plans and keep teams focused on clear outcomes
• Turn complex technical delivery into practical progress across global teams with structured

🎯 Requirements

• Strong programme and project management skills across hardware-centric, cross-functional programmes.
• Ability to tailor delivery methods, including waterfall, Agile or Scrum, to the work in front of
• Understanding of test and diagnosis across silicon, packaged devices, PCB assemblies, server blades
• Ability to connect hardware design, manufacturing, test, lab infrastructure and silicon
• Experience managing complex dependencies across technical, operational and manufacturing
• Strong communication skills for independent ownership and alignment across geographically
