Programme Manager ESA

📋 Description

• Deliver ESA/EU satellite mission programs end-to-end on time and budget.
• Orchestrate engineering, product, operations and commercial teams.
• Lead bid phase with Sales to shape proposals; own delivery post-award.
• Build trusted relationships with ESA, EU, and national partners.
• Based in Warsaw; travel to Espoo and customer sites required.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–10 years’ experience delivering complex multi-stakeholder programs
• Direct ESA and/or EU-funded programme experience
• Familiar with ECSS/PSS standards and EU procurement
• Strong customer-facing with senior stakeholders
• End-to-end program management across scope, schedule, budget, risk
• Degree in business or engineering; EU residence required
