Programme Manager - Land

📋 Description

• Run a defined workstream within a Land domain programme, coordinating across engineering and
• Maintain robust programme tracking and clear reporting on status and milestones
• Coordinate with Helsing's engineering, commercial and operational functions to pull in the right
• Escalate risks before they affect delivery and align stakeholders
• Support commercial outreach by identifying opportunities as they emerge
• Own working-level relationships with customers and partners

🎯 Requirements

• Proven programme management experience in complex tech/defence projects
• Strong cross-functional coordination across engineering, commercial, operations
• Ability to maintain dashboards, tracking, and risk management
• Stakeholder management and opportunity identification in programmes
• PMP certification or equivalent (nice to have)
• Fluent English; willingness to travel; able to meet national security clearance requirements
