• Leads the CDQ PMO function coordinating project managers and resources to drive function and
• Establish and maintain project governance, prioritization, and reporting processes across assigned
• Translate PMO and business priorities into clear execution plans, milestones, dependencies, and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of relevant industry experience, including 5+ years in program or project management.
• Demonstrated experience managing large, complex, cross-functional projects in a pharmaceutical or
• Strong knowledge of GMP manufacturing, supply chain, CMC technical development, and pharmaceutical
• Proven ability to develop governance models, manage priorities, and drive execution across multiple
• Strong communication, organization, analytical, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
