Act as first level responder and contact for OMS issues (Sterling & MQ channels)
Determine fail points and fix or escalate as needed
Build knowledge base to aid first level environment support
Work with middleware/infrastructure to enhance monitoring tools
Smoke test the environment after builds or code deployments
Support OMS releases (COM, SOM)

Sterling OMS modules expertise (DO, Fulfillment)
Sterling Global Inventory Visibility and Reverse Logistics
OMS components, APIs, and interfaces knowledge
Unix/Linux, C++, Java, XML, WebSphere, MQ Series
Servlets/JSP/EJB/JDBC and Oracle/SQL Server tech
SDLC understanding, strong communication, US work eligibility
