📋 Description

• Support Senior Project Accountant in daily financial management of active projects.
\n
• Prepare and submit project billings accurately and on time.
\n
• Track and maintain project costs, including invoices, POs, and expenses.
\n
• Monitor collections and follow up on outstanding receivables with finance.
\n
• Assist with subcontractor compliance docs and ensure they are up to date.
\n
• Contribute to monthly financial reviews with data entry and reconciliations.
\n

🎯 Requirements

\n
• 2-4 years of accounting or finance experience, preferably project-based.
\n
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
\n
• Proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
\n
• Experience with accounting or ERP systems; construction or design industry a plus.
\n
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
\n
• Clear communication and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
\n
