1+ years in a call center, outbound sales, or customer service
Excellent verbal and written communication
Strong problem-solving and quick decision-making
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
Detail-oriented with focus on high-quality service
Willingness to learn new skills, tools, and participate in pilots
