Project Architect V

📋 Description

• Lead project team through technical and production work from pre-design to completion.
• Coordinate with Office or Project Quality Leader for project support.
• Develop and translate technical content into our instruments of service.
• Establish and maintain work and labor plans and deliverable schedules.
• Engage in Project Risk Assessment; identify, mitigate, resolve issues.
• Guide Project Architects in Life Safety and Building/Energy Code analysis.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 10 years of related professional experience.
• 5+ years in construction documentation on institutional/commercial projects.
• Current Architectural Registration in the United States.
• CDT and LEED accreditation preferred.
• Familiarity with Revit, Bluebeam, MS Office, and construction management software.
