Project & Change Management Leader (6 months - 1 year contract)

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end local implementation of 50-50-100 with global/local alignment.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and milestones.
• Track progress against deliverables and deadlines.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks; drive mitigations.
• Ensure activities align with global standards and guidelines.
• Embed as liaison between Global Procurement, local teams, and partners.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or Supply Chain.
• +5 years in project management, procurement, or transformation.
• Experience in a global, matrix organization.
• Experience with digital tools or procurement transformation is a plus.
• Fluency in English (mandatory).
