📋 Description

• Own the status system; manage traffic flow and priorities.
• Route briefs/assets; log tasks; protect deadlines.
• Test emails/SMS end-to-end; verify UTMs and links.
• QA forms; ensure correct tagging and routing.
• Steward regulatory approval; secure sign-offs and chain.
• Publish assets; enforce version control in the publishing stack.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in marketing traffic/PM or QA/compliance; agency preferred.
• Compliance instinct in regulated marketing (SEC/financial services).
• Obsessive proofer; tests end-to-end to catch errors.
• Near-native English; strong proofreading.
• AI-enabled QA: build workflows and use AI to test edits.
• Owner mindset; proactive communicator; drives outcomes.
